  • Ensure that the contractor receive fully detailed shop drawings and plan of construction and he will be able to working on them in every level of construction from digging until finishing will led to the performance specifications set and built efficiently.

 

  • Finalize as built BIM model with the engineers team for the building design and energy use to facilitate construction process and future operations and maintenance.
